Cookies are one of those foods that will raise our spirits and put a smile on our faces. They’re also a pure joy to bake. There isn’t one person in my family who doesn’t love cookies, so I enjoy creating a variety of recipes, but you can never have enough cookie recipes. The ingredients to make the majority of cookies can be found at your local grocers. You might have to search for other ingredients at a health food store, like Hazelnut flour. I couldn’t find it anywhere in the city I live in, so in this case, I’ll just substitute it a flour I have in my pantry. So, it’s a good idea to find and stock up on your ingredients before diving into any recipes.

Some of the included recipes are Snickerdoodles, Peanut Butter Crunch Brownies, Cream Cheese Pumpkin Pie Bars, Caramelized White Chocolate Pistachio Bark, Ginger Molasses Cookies, and Thumbprints. Some recipes have more than one version, so they offer a wide range of flavors.
