Now that the weather is improving, we are looking forward to lots of fun-in-the-sun summer activities. We have visions of parks, picnics and poolside fun. But as the weather heats up, we want our foods to cool down. We want ice cool beverages, salads, wraps, and no-bake meals. Fruits are some of my favorite foods and I love to incorporate them into lots of different dishes. They’ve included a whole chapter on Fruit Salsas featuring 17 different recipes. I have a lot of vegan family members so it’s nice to scan the recipe quickly to discern if it’s vegan-friendly.
