Like any other important skill, expressing gratitude may take some practice. It’s amazing how this one simple action can have a huge impact on those we connect with, and our own lives. If you want to attract good, kind, and loving things into your life, then showing gratitude and appreciation are important. One way I do this, is by writing down five things I’m grateful for every day in my gratitude journal.
Gratitude journals are becoming quite popular. You can either make any book into a gratitude journal, or you can get a gorgeous one from Peter Pauper.
The Daily Gifts is a five-year journal. It’s compact, and there are five lines for each day. This beautiful book is made with my favorite colors. It has various shades of mauve’s, lavenders, and purples with cheerful flowers that look like they are swaying in the breeze. It has a hardcover and an elastic band attached to the side to keep it closed and private. The pages are made from acid-free archival paper, which means it won’t turn yellow and become brittle over time. It has a sturdy spine and is created to last.
What a wonderful way to welcome in a new year. You might think why would I want a five-year journal! Personally, I’ve gone back and read some of my comments from a few months ago. It was a nice reminder of the special people and events that took place in our past.
I love reading, and I usually have four or five books going at the same time. I’m always looking for a bookmark! Peter Pauper has some of the most attractive and unique bookmarkers on the market, and I love their I-Clips.
They come in oodles of different designs and themes that would suit all tastes. I love that you can also use them on the fridge and keep an ongoing grocery list or maybe appointments attached. They’re colorful, fun, and punctuate a page perfectly.
