• Make a tea of equal parts of the following herbs: chamomile agrimony, peppermint, cinnamon bark and a fifth ingredient (choose from blackberry leaf, lady’s mantle, silverweed or blueberry leaf). To rest your stomach, have a cup of tea (made half as strong as is indicated on page 152) three times daily, about 90 minutes after a meal.
• Eat fresh papaya.
• In addition, try this tea: pour boiling water over some freshly grated gingerroot. Let it steep for 10 minutes, covered, and drink it unsweetened.
• Try a tincture of bloodroot or oak bark: take 10 drops an hour after a meal three times daily.

I’m very much pro natural healing with ingredients lovingly grown by Mother Nature herself. I also have great respect for the doctors and medical staff who devote their lives to helping people.
