You can’t be productive all the time, and that’s totally okay. You’re bombarded with a ton of information every day, and your brain simply can’t process it all. Instead of hating yourself for not being productive, understand that you just need time to rest your mind. Read your favourite book, take a calming walk by yourself, or catch up with your favourite show. You should even consider taking up a hobby that relaxes you.
