The Best Natural Homemade Skin & Hair Care Products

Beauty products are a big business and companies know this. They recognize everyone wants to preserve their youthful glow, so we’ll buy into the latest glam sham. The market is inundated with every kind of lotion, potion, and cream, with each promising to reverse any sign of aging. Well, we know that’s not true, nor is every product going to work for every individual. Then there’s the outrageous cost of those products, some ranging into the hundreds. And what about slathering on all those unwholesome ingredients that ironically age you? So what other options do we have? Where can we get high quality and budget-friendly skincare products? Make your own Natural Homemade Skin & Hair Care products yourself!

My new book, The Best Natural Homemade Skin & Hair Care Products shows how we can make our own skin and hair products in the comfort of our home.

SkinHairCare

The Best Natural Homemade Skin & Hair Care Products features 175 recipes that will nourish, replenish and hydrate our bodies. There are twenty-three different and unique oils featured. Each oil has their own attributes and therapeutic properties, and specific formulas and recipes were created with each. As I peruse over the oils, I’m a little surprised that there are a few that I’ve never heard of before.

The beginning of the book teaches you how to make and store the basic formulas for creams, ointments, oils, and gels. The recipes are easy to follow, but you’ll need specific ingredients that you might not have in your home, like certain essential oils, liquid glycerin, and ascorbic acid powder. You’ll also need a digital scale and glass bottles for storage. The rest of the book is all about creating lush and moisturizing recipes. Each oil has their own spotlight chapter with numerous recipes for each.

Each recipe has a list of only the purest ingredients. That being said, I’m having a hard time find a few of them. There is no mention as to where these quality ingredients can be found. Each recipe also shares tips on the sidebar and extra highlighted information on one of the oils used in the formula. I found these interesting and informative.

Every part of the body as been thought of, whether it’s a face cream, eye cream, sunscreen, shampoo, lip balms, or acne cream, they’ve thought of it all. Making your own skin and hair care products might not cost less, but it assures you that you are only putting wholesome ingredients on your body.
