With scorching temperatures during the summer months, the fewer clothes we have on the better. And that includes our feet. I spend my summers in Birkenstocks and cannot bear to wear any socks unless I’m doing my daily walk. Even then, I don’t want to wear thick clunky socks that make my feet hot and sweaty. But, if I don’t wear socks while walking, then I’ll get chafing and friction burns and my footwear gets all clammy. Not fun at all. The solution is simple. Wear a pair of ankle socks that are made from a breathable material. For me, it’s bamboo socks from Cariloha!
Bamboo Ankle Socks
The Cariloha ankle socks are sustainable, stylish, and sporty. Made from mostly plush bamboo viscose and cotton, they are immensely soft and comfortable. The ankle socks are unisex and fit small to large feet with their stretchy size expansion material, 62% Viscose from Bamboo / 28% Organic Cotton / 5% Nylon / 5% Spandex.
Importantly, they have odor-resistant and moisture-wicking properties, so you will feel cool, confident, and comfortable. The toes are created with no seam, so no irritation from ridges that chaff away at your feet. They have a compression fit that snugs your feet and offers arch support as well. They feel really nice on the feet; you can go all day without feeling hot or sweaty.
Another great feature is the ankle socks come in solid colors and gorgeous prints that have a summer vibe. They carry neutral colors like black, grey, and white for those professional days. And fun patterns like Rainbow Swirl, Hibiscus Stripe, and Tropical Foliage for those free spirit days.
They’re also great for kids going back to school for everyday wear or for sporting activities. Now is the time to pick up school supplies, including comfortable clothing. Here students go back on September 1, so that leaves parents only four weeks to get ready.
