Crazy Sexy Juice

During the holiday season, we are surrounded by decadent treats that make resistance futile, so we completely forget about our diet and thoroughly indulge. The consequences of our lack of control are several extra pounds compounded by feelings of guilt. Are you in this not so happy place? It’s no wonder we start the year off with thoughts of improving our health and reducing our weight. An excellent way to focus on both is by kicking off 2016 with fresh and nutrient-dense juices and smoothies.

My newest book, Crazy Sexy Juice will show us how to revitalize, remineralize, and reboot our bodies, especially after ingesting weeks of heavy, high fat and high sugar sludge. Our bodies need to recover from this abuse and absorb high vibe foods that will nourish each and every one of our cells.

Learning how to add these energy drinks is easy if you have the right guidance, and this is where Crazy Sexy Juice comes in. They help you understand the significance of drinking fresh juices and the impact they will have on your mind, body, and spirit collectively. Including these health boosters in our diet is a good thing; they replenish our bodies with big doses of vitamins, minerals, and enzymes we don’t get from the standard American diet. If you don’t feel 100% of the time now, it will only get worse as you age.

Quite a few of the recipes have a specific purpose, Hello Hydration, Fatigue Fighter, Morning Jolt, and Body Builder need no explanation. The back of the book shows you how to make your own milks from various nuts. I happen to love almond milk, but I was introduced to some new recipes like Turmeric Milk and Green Milk.

The last section offers a three day cleanse which I thought was impressive. You are not deprived by any means!
