Dirt Devil Reach Max 3-in-1 Cordless Stick Vacuum

It’s the middle of August already and many parents are getting their kids revved up for the next school semester. Older kids heading out to college or university will require more gear. Of course, they will take clothes, food, kitchen stuff, and a computer, but we can’t forget to arm them the tools to keep their place clean. Enter the Dirt Devil Reach Max 3-in-1 Cordless Stick Vacuum.

I’ve been using the Reach Max 3-in-1 for a few weeks now and I love it. We hear a lot of hype about the next new buzz product, but this one just happens to live up to its promises. The Reach Max 3-in-1 may look heavy and like a one-trick pony, but it certainly surprised me with its versatility. This tool includes a Hand Vac, Powered Wand, Carpet Nozzle, Crevice Tool, Powered Stair & Upholstery Tool, wall mount, and a manual.

Dirt Devil Reach Max 3-in-1 Cordless Stick Vacuum

The Dirt Devil Reach Max 3-in-1 is fantastic for cleaning up messes quickly; I found it so enjoyable to use. With easy to assemble pieces, no tools are required — just snap on your choice of attachment, crank up the tunes and you’re ready to get your cleaning groove on.

First, I have to mention how incredibly lightweight this cordless vacuum is — weighing in at only 6.4 pounds, it’s easy to carry up and downstairs and maneuver around the room with one hand. No more lugging cumbersome vacuums or tripping over tangled cords.

The Reach Max is cordless and runs on a fade-free 24V Lithium-Ion battery. To use this vacuum, press the power button once and it will turn green for Normal Mode, press again and it will turn blue, indicating it’s in Boost Mode. This is the first cordless vacuum that allowed me to clean my floors, some pet furniture, and the stairs without running out of suction or time. I’m talking about 20 minutes of uninterrupted powerful suction in either mode.

The Reach Max flows seamlessly from carpet to flooring to tiles and still catches all the dirt along the way with its 10″ span Spin4Pro Brushroll. I like how effortlessly it cleans dust bunnies under beds, pivots, and swivels around furniture, and gets into corners. It literally offers no sweat cleaning.

All debris is collected in an easy empty extra-large dirt cup, so no bags are needed. To empty, just press the dirt cup lid latch, release the contents into a waste bin and close the lid until the latch clicks. To get access to the filter, press the dirt cup release button — here you’ll find the filter is at the other end of the dirt cup. It can be removed and rinsed under water until the water runs clear. Shake it out and allow to dry for 24 hrs or until it’s completely dry, replace it and you’re ready to go again.

Got dust or cobwebs on your light fixtures or ceiling? No problem! You can remove the Spin4Pro Brushroll and attach the Crevice Tool to the wand; this will offer you a 12′ reach, so all high places can be cleaned. I have a light fixture that hangs about 20 feet up, so it’s not something I get to more than once a year. Now I’m able to use a regular step ladder and the Reach Max to get finally to those long-forgotten fuzzies. The Crevice Tool is also great for narrow, touch to reach, and small places.

Using the Hand Vac alone, you can suction up bigger items like spilled popcorn. Attach the Powered Stair & Upholstery Tool and you’ll get a powerful suction that will pick up all debris and pet hair in its path. If you press the release button on top of the Stair Tool, it will turn on its side — flip it back to the center and roll down the shield, and you’ll be able to clean your stairs vertically.

The Dirt Devil Reach Max 3-in-1 is perfect for quick cleanups at home, and a godsend for parents sending their kids off to school. It’s easy to use, easy to maintain, it’s compact and mobile, get’s big and small jobs done with very little effort, and is budget-friendly. I couldn’t ask for more!
