We are inundated with toxins from every angle you can possibly imagine. We’re exposed to billions of toxin chemicals every year. These formidable toxins are in our food, water, air, household cleaners, toiletries, plastics, our environment, the list can go on and on. You may want to detox one day, one week, one month, or just simply eating one healthy meal a day. This book will help; every recipe provides a level of detox and they’re a lot of fun to make.

Blend the following:
1 pear, peeled & seeded
1 avocado, peeled & pitted
2 cups spinach
1 Tblsp coconut butter
1 -1/2 cups coconut water or any nut milk
1 Tblsp superfood (optional)
pinch of sea salt

With 100 recipes, you’ll easily find one that resonates with your needs. I love all the recipes and appreciate the combinations that went into each one. The colors are vibrant and attractive, the smell enticing and the taste ambrosial!

I’m very big on green drinks, whether in juices or smoothies. I have at least one a day so I naturally gravitated toward their oh so yummy green recipes. One of my favorites is Pear-licious shown above. It took less than 5 minutes to make and it was incredibly rich and flavorful. Another favorite is the Pineapple Upside-Down Cake; it’s a smoothie that can be served in layers with your favorite fruit and coconut. It’s so tasty, you’ll want to make it every day.

There are also scrumptious recipes for soups, salads, dressing, appetizers, and main dishes. They even have a few recipes devoted to better skin and hair. All the recipes are 100% raw and loaded with nutrients that will help detox your body. I really enjoyed using this book. It’s perfect for anyone interested in peacefully detoxing while eating vibrant and healthy raw meals. Who knew cleansing could be this delicious!
