The recipes are easy to prepare with simple ingredients. They also feature specific dietary icons at the top of the recipe page so you glance to see which health area it benefits.
There is also a Vitamin and Mineral Supplement Chart at the back of the book that you can use as a reference for optimal health. There are two Indexes at the back of the book. One lists all the foods featured under Health Areas, the other is in alphabetical order.
