Hummingbird Wisdom Oracle Cards

The tiniest bird on this planet is the Bee Hummingbird. They are even considered small compared to other hummingbirds. They are often mistaken for bees and weigh less than 2 grams. The average hummingbird is approximately 7.5 – 12.5 cm long ( 3 – 5 inches) and weighs 18–24 grams (0.63–0.85 oz). They are graceful little birds that come in an array of gorgeous pastel to bright jewel-toned colors. They can flutter (up to 80 times per second) in any direction and hover in one spot looking for nectar. They are a symbol some many things positive, like lightness, joy, playfulness, healing, and good luck or omens. These humble little feathered friends serve as valuable reminders to live our lives to the fullest, enjoy the simple pleasures, and to let love and light into our lives. Their potent energy lends itself to being part of intricate artwork, totem poles, jewelry, oracle cards, and much more.

I love hummingbirds and oracle cards, so when I saw the two combined, it was an omen to get this deck. The Hummingbird Wisdom Oracle Cards are one of the prettiest decks I’ve seen with such beautiful and whimsical artwork. It’s absolutely stunning.

This enchanting deck comes in a decorative magnetic box with 44 exquisitely created cards and an equally beautiful detailed guidebook. The cards are what I would deem a standard size and the card stock is average thickness. The guidebook offers insight into the hummingbirds and shares a little about the angelic influence on the deck. Directions are given on how to use the cards, how to prepare them for use, how to create an ambiance for reading, and offers some sample spreads.

The cards arrive in alphabetical order so there are no numbers on them. You’ll need to use the table of contents to find the page for a specific card. Or, just flip through the book as the card are featured in alphabetical order as well. What I love and appreciate is that the images are in color in the guidebook.

The hummingbirds offer their magical and gentle wisdom through the cards. As you connect with its energy and symbolism you can draw upon this power as well. Each card has a title and shares a gentle and uplifting message. The guidebook dives deep into the card’s message and offers a sweet affirmation.

This deck is a fun and intuitive tool that can offer guidance in all areas of your life. The back of the guidebook shares some hummingbird medicine for deeper clarity and joy. It’s an invitation to play with hummingbird energies and enliven your life mentally, physically and spiritually.
