Louise Hay Self Empowering
If you’re into self-help or the metaphysical, then you’ll have heard about Louise L. Hay. She’s a lecturer, teacher, motivational speaker, and an international best-selling author of numerous books, audios and courses that promote personal growth and self-healing. In 1984, Louise established the Hay House publishing company that has flourished into a coveted place for all authors to have their books featured. It’s also the place to go to if you’re looking for any supportive material from renowned authors.
I love Louise Hay and was first introduced to her through her book You Can Heal Your Life. I’ve become a huge fan and enjoy reading and gleaning insight from her profound knowledge. I’d like to share a few of my favorites.
Gratitude, A Way of Life, is a compendium of wisdom, insight, love, faith, and self-empowerment shared by prominent metaphysical authors. You may recognize their names, Wayne Dyer, Doreen Virtue, Stuart Wilde, Shakti Gawain, plus many, many others.
Each of these authors will share their views and personal experience about having, feeling and showing Gratitude, and the deep impact it’s made in their lives. Their enlightened stories are so uplifting and healing to read. They teach lessons that are filled with humor, compassion and always a positive outlook. Every story is an excellent resource and bears rereading many times. Here’s a quote from one chapter entitled, Gratitude: The Natural Expression of a Loving Heart. Gratitude focuses our attention on the good things in life. It takes our blessings and multiplies them. When we joyfully express appreciation, it opens our hearts and allows us to experience more love.
Love Yourself, Heal Your Life Workbook is a self-help book that will require you to read the lesson and then do the exercises. You’ll want to take the time to absorb the information and do lots of introspection so you can answer the questions honestly. As you go through the material, you just might be surprised to learn what’s been hibernating in your subconscious. You’ll see areas in your life that need purging. reorganizing and healing. You may also be flushed with emotion as you answer each question. Let it out and be free of those old limiting feelings and beliefs that are no longer serving you. I recommend this book to anyone wants to do some serious soul-searching, you just might find your authentic self.
Colors & Numbers, Your Personal Guide to Positive Vibrations in Daily Life is a fun little book that will share how color and numbers can affect your life. Colors and numbers have significance. Colors are an essential part of our lives, and we naturally resonate with and even feel good wearing certain hues. But, depending on our personal information, a certain color might be more vibrational for a specific day. All the formulas are in the book and easy to figure out. The back of the book has a personal calendar where you can write down all your data and follow along each day.
Soaking in the information from all three books will have a healthy influence on your life. They are fun, enjoyable to read and will knock your life back on track. I highly recommend all three books.
