My name is Lilac and I’ve been the owner, operator, and author of Pausitive Living since its conception in January 
2011. I rebranded (June 2017) my blog, formerly called Pawsitive Living to Pausitive Living.
I’m a mother, animal lover, a vegan, and a creative gal. I love to write, travel, and experience other cultures. I enjoy being on hiking trails and getting inspiration from nature. I also have a passion for knitting and crocheting and always have three or more projects on the go. And, I love, love, love to yodel. I also have a deep love for energy modalities and I practice Eden Energy Medicine, Qi Gong, and Reiki.
I’ve enjoyed working with companies like Haflinger, Fujifilm, Dyson, Bissell, Electrolux, Dirt Devil, Robin Hood, Disney, Life Made Delicious, Buick, Air Miles, Canadian Tire, Best Buy, Brother, Bosch, Breville, Hamilton Beach and Nokia.
