NutriBullet Pro 900

Eating healthy during the holiday season can be a challenge when we’re constantly tempted with so many decadent and aromatic foods and treats that mesmerize us. Finding it futile to resist, we surrender and say farewell to our willpower. Many people pack on the pudge during the festive months, despite their best intentions to gorge in moderation. When we’re constantly hungry, it’s because our body is craving the nutrients we’re neglecting to give it. Eating tasty, nutrient-dense meals all day long, will keep us satisfied and from overindulging. With my family, we like to start our day off with a super yummy smoothie. They’re easy and fun to make if you have the right tools, and for us, it’s the NutriBullet Pro 900.

The NutriBullet Pro 900 Series is a powerful superfood nutrition extractor that delivers 50% more power than the original NutriBullet. This means its 900 watts and 1.2 horsepower can pulverize through the plant cellulose so we can absorb their nutrients.

People’s attitudes toward healthy foods are changing. We now recognize and appreciate the value and effect nutritious foods have on our mind, body and spirit. The makers of the NutriBullet also know this, and they’ve created four beneficial resources for us to utilize on a daily basis. The User Guide and Recipe book is filled with not only the ins and outs of the NutriBullet, it also shares nutritious recipes, and offer tips and strategies to get the most out of life by eating better. To get you on your way to feeling optimal, they’ve included a complete 6-week program that takes you through three different stages so your body can adjust smoothly through the transition. It’s so well laid out and clearly color coded, that you simply can’t go wrong, all the planning is done for you, just follow along.

The NutriBullet Life Changing Recipes book is infused with more nutritional and supplemental information, recipes for special issues and lots of testimonials of those whose lives have been impacted by this awesome appliance. The Pocket Nutritionist is a handy little book that’s filled with the nutritional value of fruits, greens, and nuts and seeds. All three books explain how to build a NutriBlast drink.

I especially enjoyed visiting their NutriLiving website. It offers a plethora of helpful advice, recipes, and inspiring articles. I really like the Healing Foods section, you’ll not only learn about the attributes of a multitude of foods, you’ll also be introduced to ones you’ve never heard of. I learned about the UGLI Fruit, it’s a cross between a Seville orange, a grapefruit and a tangerine. It’s grown in Jamaica, very high in Vitamin C, low on the glycemic index and has only 45 calories. I enjoy broadening our menu to include new foods so we have more variety. There’s also heartwarming and encouraging stories of people losing massive amounts of weight, lowering blood pressure, healing and completely changing their lives. It’s a phenomenal site, and the knowledge shared is worth checking out.

Creating a NutriBlast smoothie is easy, you add 50% greens and 50% fruits of your choice, fill the container with water or juice to the fill line, you can also add ice if you want a thicker and frostier drink, then attached the extractor blade and blend until smooth. This machine is incredibly powerful, so it only takes a few seconds or pulses to completely blend your ingredients.

We had fun creating several of the NutriBlast recipes and savored all the luscious flavor and nutritional value they provided. We found we could go for hours and hours before having to refuel. They provide an abundance of energy and you may even find you have better mental clarity, at least this was our experience.

One of your favorites is the Power Booster NutriBlast, there are a few different variations of the delicious smoothie, we love them all.

*50% Swiss Chard
*50% Mixed fruit
-1 banana
-1/2 pitted nectarine or
-1 cup raspberries
-10 almonds
-1 Tbsp raw cacao

After a while, you’ll find yourself creating your own smoothie recipes and/or altering their recipes to reflect seasonal ingredients.

Here’s a festive Eggnog Smoothie recipe we created:

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

What I really love about the NutriBullet Pro is its size, I don’t have to lug out my big blender to make the same volume of smoothie. It’s so much easier to clean than a blender as well, just rinse and you’re good to go. My family digs the FLIP-TOP TO-GO LID, it’s perfect for on the go meals. You can take it to work, school, the gym, or store it in the fridge. I also like the colossal size cup, you can share it, save it for two snacks, or if you’re like me, I drink the whole smoothie myself for breakfast.

The NutriBullet Pro is not just about creating smoothies, you can also make soups, sauces, dips, and salsas. We’ve been trying out oodles of recipes for the holidays, and this tool has helped us create savory and mouthwatering dishes very quickly, it’s saved us so much time.

Taking the advice from NutriBullet Pro, there are “Five to Thrive” keys to success, 1. extract your nutrients, 2. Eat Whole Foods, 3. Combine your foods properly, 4. Eat half raw at all meals, and 5. Indulge intelligently. Enjoying a scrumptious Nutriblast every day will certainly help supply our bodies with the vitamins, minerals, and fiber we need to lead a happy and vibrant life. I absolutely love this product, it sits on our counter for daily use! This holiday season, give a gift of health! The NutriBullet Pro 900 would make an awesome gift. HaPpY HoLiDaYs!
