They are easy to make, filling, and include lots of wholesome zero-point-style food ingredients. Plus, they also include weekly indulgent recipes that can be used in moderation when you feel you need a treat. The only disappointing thing I found is that they did not offer any vegan recipes. But, the recipes are very diverse and can satisfy most taste buds.
