Raw Vegan Eggnog Recipe
The holiday season offers certain foods and drinks that are only available this time of year. One of them is eggnog, and almost everyone loves this classic holiday beverage. As a vegan, I haven’t had this drink in ages, and I always felt left out during parties. It’s also a disappointment to lactose intolerance people as well. But that’s changed, there are lots of vegan and raw vegan Eggnog recipes on the web that are delicious and equally as festive. Plus they’re made with healthy ingredients so you can overindulge.
I have several friends who enjoy a vegan eggnog version because it’s nourishing, filled with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, and it doesn’t compromise any fitness goals. You’ll feel energized and completely satisfied with this recipe.
