Sinfully Vegan Cookbook
Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet!! Albert Einstein
Desserts seem to be the most favorite part of a meal, at least for the kids in my family. It’s nice to have a healthy meal full of nutritious foods but ending with a sweet treat is something we covet and look forward to. I believe that just because it’s dessert doesn’t mean it can’t be healthy or a healthier alternative.
Sinfully Vegan is a decadent cookbook which contains 160 sweet vegan desserts. You’ll find a recipe that will satisfy all your family’s cravings. You’ll get lots of health-conscious tips and various guides to shopping for vegan foods and stocking your pantry. A lot of effort has gone into this cookbook to create delicious yet healthier desserts and I couldn’t wait to test a few of the recipes out.
The Sinfully Vegan cookbook covers a full range of traditional and perhaps newly introduced to you, desserts. The cookbook includes cakes, fudge, cookies, brownies, cheesecake, breads, cupcakes and muffins, creampies, tarts and pies, dessert tapas, puddings, donuts, candy, ice cream, beverages, smoothies, frostings, toppings, crusts, and more!! Wow, that is a lot of sweetness packed into one cookbook. It’s loaded with a cornucopia of mouthwatering scrumptious egg and dairy-free choices that are full of luscious and succulent flavor.
When I first get a new cookbook I love to strum through the pages and look at the vibrant glossy pictures. I was a little disappointed that there were no images, not one inside the cookbook. The only photos were those on the cover. Often it’s an inspiration to make a recipe when you physically see the end result.
My family is big on cookies, muffins, and puddings. I like to make desserts that can be used as snacks and are what I call mobile foods. You can pack them for lunches or take them on picnics. So for that reason, I make lots of yummy cookies and muffins. The puddings and beverages offer lots of tasty choices that my family really enjoyed as well. The Orange Chocolate Chip Pudding is divine and you will just have to surrender to its sweetness!
What I really like about this cookbook is that the ingredients are easily found at your local grocery store. You don’t have to go to any specialty shop looking for a unique unpronounceable food product so it’s very user-friendly. I think it’s a great addition to my culinary repertoire of creative cookbooks.
