Skechers Footwear

Holiday gift buying is supposed to come from our heart but a lot of people get immersed in sentimentality and buy things people don’t really need. Mostly because they are at a loss on what to buy. Sometimes buying useful items are more practical. I always opt for practical gifts even if some deem them b-o-r-i-n-g, like socks and underwear. But footwear is also a sensible item to buy for Christmas, and for these, I look to Skechers.

Skechers carries a varied selection of footwear for the whole family. While most people may be buying boots this time of year, sneakers are worn year around. I received a pair of Skechers D’Lites Life Saver sneakers and I love the comfort, cushioning and colors.

I chose the D’Lites Life Savers because they come in D width. Even though I have a B width foot, I have practically square toes, so I like to wear D-width shoes. They feel more comfortable and I don’t endure any chafing. Friction or painful blisters are clear indicators you don’t have the right size or width of footwear. If your toes suffer from blisters, perhaps a D width shoe can resolve this issue. Skechers has a variety of styles available in wide fit and even some in extra wide foot sizes.

I’ve been wearing the D’Lites Life Saver around the house and yard for about a week and I love their slipper-soft comfort — they’re immensely comfortable. They’re lightweight and have a padded collar and tongue for extra comfort – they feel so nice on the feet. With the mesh fabric and air-cooled memory foam insole, your feet won’t overheat or sweat. The D’Lites Life Saver are probably the prettiest pair of sneakers I’ve owned with their stitching accents and color combinations. They have a sparkly pink metallic overlay on the tongue and lace loops and they actually flicker when I walk.

The outer sole is completely textured with a flexible rubber that gives pretty good traction. The pink and black grips on the bottom will keep you grounded and help prevent any slips. The lightweight shock-absorbing supportive midsole buffers any bounce against hard surfaces, so there is no discomfort in the ankles or knees. The D’Lites are reliable shoes that are great for normal everyday life from walking to school to errands. I love them.

If you’re looking for a practical gift to give this year, Skechers has an abundance of quality features that the receiver would appreciate. You can’t go wrong giving Skechers.
