Juicing allows you to consume vast amounts of produce that are chock-full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and enzymes, that you couldn’t possibly eat. Juicing is like satiating your body with potent energy.

Part 2 gets you right into your detoxing program. So, how do we know if our bodies are in need of a detox? To name a few symptoms, fatigue, bad breath, depression, difficulty concentrating, heartburn, food cravings, sleep problems, and the list goes on. If you have a few of these symptoms, then perhaps a detox might be just what you need.

The program shares The Dirty Dozen, this is a list of fruits and veggies that should be purchased organically. The other list is The Clean Fifteen, this is a list of fruits and veggies that are safe to buy conventionally. There are three phases in detoxing, and each one will gently morph you into the next so the transition is not so alarming to your system. Sample menus and juice recipes are provided so you don’t have to worry about planning.

Part 3 is the where the heart of the book is, 101 divine juice recipes. It gets you right into juicing with each chapter honing in on a specific purpose. Each recipe is trumpeted with its attributes and has a breakdown of its nutritional information.

It starts off with Chapter 5 introducing you to Superfoods and their crucial role in regenerating our bodies.
