The Belly Fat Cure
There are a plethora of diet books on the market and one can suffer from information overload and contradiction. No one program works for everyone. Each of us has a different metabolic rate, are sensitive to various foods, and different mindsets. It all makes a huge difference in whether a program will work for you or not. That being said, a program that has worked for volumes of people is The Belly Fat Cure by Jorge Cruise.
Jorge has several books out that help us hone our diet so we can be nourished, stay satiated and burn fat simultaneously. Two of his newest books will get you there faster. The Belly Fat Cure – Carb Swap System and The Belly Fat Cure – Ultimate Carb Swap, these are both revised editions with a few new chapters and several updated how to’s.
Both books get right into why most diet plans don’t work. The key is to avoid eating food products that have hidden sugars and substitute them for nutrient-dense foods with Jorge’s trademark Carb Swap System. This system will guide you to foods that are low in true natural sugars and away from processed food that are saturated in fat building sugars.
The Belly Fat Cure – Discover the new Card Swap System book is full of recipes with crisp clear images. You’ll see photos of both the bad fat and the good fat meal, along with a recipe to create a healthy alternative. Both have their sugar and carbs calculated so you can see the difference, it’s quite alarming. Your goal is to reach an S/C of 15/6 which means you’ll eat 15 grams of sugar and 6 servings of carbs.
As I peruse through the recipes, you are by no means deprived, there are recipes for pancakes, mac and cheese, stir-fries, Greek salads, and even chocolate brownies. You can definitely create a healthy, fulfilling meal plan with all of these options. The Fast Track books have a more refined plan for faster results.
Near the back of the book is a chapter called Carb Swap Products. Here good and bad belly fat brands are listed. I was again surprised, some of the bad belly products have been in my home for years. What I love about this chapter is how easy it is to switch brands. You don’t have to go off the deep end and restrict your diet. There are oodles of products out there that will not contribute to weight and body fat gain. This book also features ‘Best Tips for Success’ where wholesome advice is given.
Both books offer a few Simple Fit exercises that will accelerate the process. There are also lots of before and after photos and stories that will motivate you to get started as well. If you’re looking to get into shape and what to learn how to adjust your sugar and carb ratio for awesome results, then these books are must-have.
