  • 1 frozen banana halved
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup large flaked rolled oates
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • unsweetened almond milk for tall glass


  • Put all ingredients in your Bullet using the tall cup. Add milk to the max line. Seal tight and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
