Stress is one of the big reasons we would look older than our years. Yoga has been found to reduce anxiety and stress significantly. It helps blood flow and detoxifies the body which enhances how our skin looks. You want to be dedicated to your yoga practice of course and remember to eat well and drink a lot of water too. Yoga teaches you to treat your body like a temple and when you do that, you’ll be rewarded. Here are some poses that specifically help you with beauty.

Shoulder Stand (Sarvangasana)
This pose is an effective method of getting glowing skin. It will help your skin texture and the overall quality of it because you promote blood circulating to your face. It helps get rid of acne, pimples, wrinkles, and discoloration or dullness. Practice 3-5 times daily for maximum benefits.

Forward Bend (Utthanasana)
When you do forward bend, it’s a lot easier than a shoulder stand but it also promotes blood circulation to the face. It is said to be one of the best poses to help your skin glow. It increases your oxygen supply to skin cells and also promotes nutrients in the body that fight off free radicals. This process also encourages skin rejuvenation and fights any damage done to the body.

Seated Twist (Bharadvaja’s Twist)

Fish Pose (Matsyana)

Mountain Pose (Tadasana)
